Hello all Members of the Alberta Beach active 50plus Club,
we have a very exciting series of events lined up for the end of the 2025 year. Most of these events require tickets or sign-ups, so here is a summary of the upcoming events – with related / new details. Get tickets or sign up now so you do not miss out !
November 22 Saturday : Festive Holiday Workshop ( 9:30am – 12:30pm )
With fresh cedar: make a bushy 3 foot porch gnome, or a beautiful door wreath (see Posters in the last 2 Newsletters). Cost is $65 per person. As this workshop is hosted by a non-member: sign-up is required before November 12 as a minimum number of participants is required. Reserve your seat now (simply reply to this email). November 23 Sunday : Winter Fashion Show ( 2 – 4pm )
Tickets are available via Alina @ 780-490-8789, and price has been adjusted to $15 for Members , still $20 for non-members. Enjoy an afternoon of fun fashions, camaraderie, snacks and cash bar. Doors open at 1:30pm. If you are interested in modeling: text Cydney @ 780-298-2755.
December 7 Sunday : Christmas Market ( 11am – 3pm )
There are only a few tables still available – so if you want to be a Vendor: hurry and book your table. $20 for Members, $25 for non-members. Call Donna @ 780-722-0639.
December 11 Thursday : Hearing Clinic ( 12 – 4pm )
Ears to You will host another Hearing Test Clinic with their mobile facility. No waiting in your vehicle in the cold outside as the Hall will be open during this time. Call 780-616-1929 to book your free hearing test appointment.
December 13 Saturday : Christmas Dinner & Dance ( 6 – 11pm )
Doors open at 5:30pm – cash bar – dinner 6pm – followed by live Christmas entertainment – then dance from 8pm with DJ Chris. Details to follow soon on ticket prices and where/how to obtain them.
